We started in 2014 in Chalandri, backed by something that can't be built overnight: real expertise in meat.
We come from a family with generations in the trade — our own butcher shops and production, knowing the raw material from start to finish. On that foundation we created Butcher's Burger, with the goal of bringing something authentic to the burger market. Our own meat, proper preparation, and flavour that leaves no room for compromise.
From our first location to today, we continuously evolve, expand and grow, always maintaining the same philosophy: quality without shortcuts, consistency in every plate, and experiences that stand out.
